Yin Yoga:
Come quiet and nourish the nervous system through the gentle moving meditation of yin yoga. By holding postures for longer periods of time we release the fascia and stretch deep muscles. Float away from class with a great relaxation and rejuvenation. Open to all levels, all props provided.
Friday 8am:
This class is open to all levels and focuses on strengthening the core, stabilizers muscles, as well as gross muscle groups. Stretches are sprinkled in throughout class to nourish all parts of the student. Invigorate the body and spirit through this early morning class. All props are provided. Stay for the 9:30 class for a full morning of mindful movement!
9:30 class:
This all levels Hatha class intends to open the body, enhance mobility, strengthen the system, and increase somatic awareness. Class combines dynamic fluid movements with static holds to experience deeper stretches and increased stamina. All props are provided. Come to the 8am class for a mini retreat of mindful movement in your week!
